The Safe Dining guarantee

The kit should save you research time and help you choose where to eat in Budapest. If it does not deliver that value, request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

This is a guarantee of the kit's usefulness, not a guarantee of allergen-free meals. Always confirm ingredients and preparation with each venue.

How to request a refund

Request a full refund by emailing mapthiscitycom@gmail.com or contacting Paddle through the link or contact details in your purchase receipt within 14 days of purchase. Include your transaction reference, purchase email address and a brief explanation of how the kit did not deliver the promised value. Do not send your card details or personal access code.

Processing your refund

Paddle.com handles orders as reseller and Merchant of Record and processes approved refunds. A full refund returns the amount paid for the kit to the original payment method, subject to the payment provider's processing time. The access attached to a refunded purchase may be revoked. A refund request does not automatically renew or extend the one-year access period.

Your statutory rights

This voluntary guarantee is additional to your mandatory consumer rights. The 14-day guarantee deadline does not limit rights concerning defective or non-conforming digital content, or any withdrawal right that applies by law. Any legally required consent for immediate digital delivery must be obtained separately at checkout.
